Ladokoulouro - Cretan Cookies with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made with extra virgin olive oil from Crete, these traditional cookies are lightly sweet and intensely aromatic thanks to cinnamon, clove, and orange juice. Dairy and egg-free and covered with sesame seeds, ladokouloura (olive oil cookies) keep very well and are absolutely delicious; a sweet addition to your breakfast, a wholesome snack, or an excellent accompaniment to your coffee, or tea!
