Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anthos. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Triton Foods LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please make sure to document the condition of packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We only ship to U.S. addresses within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. You can choose your preferred shipping carrier between USPS or UPS when completing your order. If you have ordered freshly baked goods we will choose the fastest method that is covered by the shipping cost you have paid. If your address is not served by a particular carrier, please let us know by adding a relevant note to your order details.
Free Shipping
You are entitled to free shipping if your shopping cart is worth over $100. Our free shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage. We cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Keep in mind that only USPS can deliver orders to P. O. Boxes.
International Shipping Policy
At this time we ship to the US and Canada only. Orders sent to Canada do not qualify for free shipping.
For custom purposes we cannot ship curated gift boxes or baskets to Canada. You will have to create your own selection of products and an empty basket or box from the Custom Gifts.
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS and USPS.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
