Wholegrain rusks are extremely rich in fiber and may help lower cholesterol and blood sugar. Rusks are best enjoyed in salads, when they have soaked up the goodness of pure EVOO and other bright salad dressings, in soups, or any dish that calls for a wholesome, absorbent partner!
