Melomakarona, or finikia, are traditionally served during Christmas but most will agree that they are too delicious to enjoy only once a year! Free of dairy and eggs, our traditional melomakarona are made with extra virgin olive oil, semolina, aromatic spices and fresh orange juice. Dipped in a honey syrup and sprinkled with chopped walnuts, they offer a lovely combination of textures and flavors.
