Our gluten-free bread is baked in our bakery and contains: brown rice, sorghum, millet, and tapioca flours, psyllium husk, xantham gum, water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, yeast.
We do our best to avoid cross contamination, but please keep in mind that we are not a gluten free facility. The bread may contain traces of gluten, sesame, or tree nuts.
